Around the World with Bessy - Part One - Europe
This first story of the series explores the adventures of a young double bass called Bessy, who leaves her coastal home village of Lower Largo in Scotland, to embark on a trip that visits several countries in Europe, where she is hosted by other musical friends and family. She encounters several modes of transport including that of a magical car, named Henri.
Along the way, Bessy makes new friends, learns something of the different cultures of each destination and discovers new music in a variety of styles, which the reader can listen to on the accompanying CD/download.

This is the second story in the series.

The world famous Edinburgh Festival Fringe has just started in Scotland’s capital city and Bessy has reserved herself a prime busking pitch. Busking isn’t as easy as Bessy imagined but she makes two new friends, Spud’n’Spencer Spoon, who help her out!
